Administrative Clerk
The Administrative Clerk reports to the Assistant Manager – Program Analytics and Administration, and will provide administrative support to the Customer Service team.
Claims Counsel
LAWPRO Claims Counsel interact with insured lawyers in investigating, evaluating, and resolving errors and omissions claims against them. They manage claims in-house or direct external legal counsel and other professionals in resolving them.
Communications Manager
The Communications Manager plays a key role in the Claims Prevention and Stakeholder Relations department by managing corporate communications to support claims prevention goals, internal information sharing, and optional program promotion. This new role is designed for an experienced communications leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels and progressively assume broader leadership accountability.
Program Coordinator
The role of the Program Coordinator is to provide knowledgeable, effective, and efficient customer service by verbal and written communication on the insurance program to the members of the legal profession.
