Binah Nathan is an accomplished and accredited corporate director with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. A former senior capital markets professional, she brings deep expertise in investment management, enterprise risk oversight as well as finance and audit.

Ms. Nathan currently serves on the Board of Directors of LAWPRO. She is also a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Pro-Demnity Insurance Company, where she oversees financial reporting, risk management, and governance practices. In addition, she has previously served on an expert task force for the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, contributing to the review of professional liability insurance. She is also a Lay Member of the Competition Tribunal of Canada, a Governor in Council appointment.

Ms. Nathan holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, earned in partnership with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and an Honours BSc in Biochemistry from McMaster University.
