Vision, Mission and Values

We updated our vision, mission and values statement in 2026 as a high-level road map to help us identify priorities, guide our activities, and provide a benchmark against which we measure ourselves. It also provides an ideal framework for how LAWPRO meets its mandate to be efficient, effective and accountable.

Vision: Empowering legal professionals to practise with confidence, providing peace of mind to those we serve.

Mission: To safeguard the viability and integrity of the legal profession, we provide comprehensive professional liability and title insurance, expert risk management advice, and responsive solutions that foster public trust.

Values: These statements inform our customers and employees of our core beliefs, fundamental goals and priorities that we pursue in our everyday work.

Land Acknowledgement

The offices of LAWPRO are located on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee and Wendat peoples. Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit. LAWPRO respects and acknowledges the histories, languages, knowledge systems, and cultures of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit nations.
