Product Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the redesign of business processes as part of our core systems transformation. This role is key to aligning business operations, new technology capabilities, and organizational change to deliver improved customer and operational outcomes

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current processes across underwriting, policy administration, customer service, finance and claims; identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Develop process maps, requirements, and future-state designs in collaboration with BA/QA teams.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops to validate designs and drive organizational buy-in.
  • Work closely with IT teams and SaaS partners to ensure effective technology integration.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, robotic process automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and support redesigned workflows.
  • Maintain a roadmap for process transformation aligned to core system implementation timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in business administration, computer science, computer engineering, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certifications are assets.
  • Knowledge of cloud, SaaS platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Understanding of BA/QA best practices.
  • 10+ years related experience; 5+ years leading complex initiatives.
