TitlePLUS Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the TitlePLUS Client Services team and also support the division’s Vice President. Our successful candidate will assist in the preparation of documents, correspondence, and reports as well as general administrative duties for the TitlePLUS department. This role will review mail, provide customer service on the phone queue, book meetings, make travel arrangements, assist with packaging and mailing materials and maintain the department records (electronic and paper). Other responsibilities include:
- organizing meetings and team events;
- reviewing expense reports for the TitlePLUS department;
- providing back up support to TitlePLUS Client Services team (e.g. processing subscriber registrations, collection of nonpayment and other billing related matters, etc.); and,
- other administrative duties such as data entry and filing.

Ideal qualifications/competencies:
- Excellent attention to detail and quantitative skills to ensure the accuracy of information including statistics.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French would be an asset.
- Capable of independently organizing and prioritizing daily assignments and projects as well as working collaboratively to support team outcomes.
- Demonstrated competency using Microsoft products – Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Degree/diploma from a recognized community college or university and/or equivalent work experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience in title insurance, general real estate/legal, underwriting, insurance or financial settings.
