Step-by-Step Timeline

Here’s what you can expect when applying for a role at LAWPRO:

  1. Apply – Submit your resume and cover letter. Your cover letter helps us understand your interest in the position and how your skills align with LAWPRO’s mission, values, and the role itself.
  2. Initial Screening – Our HR team reviews all applications to identify candidates whose experience and qualifications best match the position requirements.
  3. Interview(s) – Shortlisted candidates are invited to one or more interviews with members of the hiring team. This is a chance for us to get to know you — and for you to ask questions about the role, team, and culture at LAWPRO.
  4. Assessment (if applicable) – Some roles may include a short task or assessment. This helps us better understand your practical skills and how you approach relevant challenges.
  5. Reference and Background Checks – We may conduct reference checks and standard background verification as part of the final selection process.
  6. Offer & Onboarding – Successful candidates will receive a formal offer and be welcomed into our comprehensive onboarding program — designed to help you feel supported and connected from day one.
